The Flow® brand was born out of the desire to give athletes easy access to effective, high-quality and at the same time affordable recovery tools.
Since its founding in 2018, Flow® has developed into one of the most successful recovery brands in Europe, Australia and Asia.

All Flow® products are 100% developed in-house, we operate a 100% company-owned factory with advanced and seamless quality management according to DIN ISO 9001. That is why we guarantee the highest product and processing quality of every single device. Every Flow® product comes with a full guarantee, which is a clear sign of our commitment. Our commitment to using only high-quality materials promotes sustainability, and we reduce waste wherever possible.

The high quality of Flow® devices is also recognized by professional sports. We are a medium-sized German company based in Starnberg in the beautiful Munich area and have been active in the sports equipment trade for more than 5 years. As active athletes, we live and love sport and therefore know how important regeneration is for good performance and long-term enjoyment of sport and exercise. For this reason, our brand portfolio only represents products that we stand behind 100% and that we use ourselves every day.

With our brands Flow® and FREEZE SLEEVE , which we represent exclusively throughout Europe, the Zamst brand with which we are present in Germany and Austria and our own brand Feel Premium Kinesiotape , which we sell worldwide, we only have products in our portfolio that meet our high quality standards. Our customers include amateur and recreational athletes as well as physiotherapists, doctors, competitive and professional athletes and various professional teams around the world.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

The marketing and e-commerce guy. With more than ten years of experience in sports sales, marketing and e-commerce, Martin gives full power to Flow®. As a passionate runner and footballer, he uses the Flow® massage guns every day.

STEFFEN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Master of the numbers and sales specialist. After a detour through controlling at various large corporations, Steffen found his true calling with Flow®. When he has time, he keeps fit in his basement gym and on the Jiu Jitsu mat.

TANJA

BACKOFFICE

Our back office all-rounder with an overview of everything that needs to be done and procured. In her free time, Tanja can be found either in the garden on her bike or hiking in the mountains.

MICHAELA

SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Michaela is the calming influence in the Flow® team thanks to her many years of experience in sales and customer service and her calm and understanding thanks to her background as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher.

STEFAN

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service and sports all-rounder. With a lot of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse management and training, Stefan is the right person to contact in all matters. In terms of sport, Stefan is at home in tennis, football and running and certainly has the lowest resting heart rate in the team.

TINI

SOCIAL MEDIA

Our social media manager. With a lot of experience in the online sector and social media, she is our contact person for everything that can be liked or shared.
When she is not online, she is usually somewhere in nature in the mountains or painting and working on her next creative project.

HANS-RUDOLF

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

Warehouse manager, parcel manager and the man with the overview of logistics. When he is not hidden deep in the warehouse, you can find him cycling or walking.

BRIGITTE

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

The woman in charge of warehouse IT. Labels, delivery notes and everything that goes with them can only be properly created by her. To balance out her work on the computer, she rides her bike and works in the garden.
